It is of interest to estimate the value obtained per hectare of table grape production
in dollars adjusted for inflation (Table 2). On average, for the period comprising
from 1995 to 2013, each hectare on average produced a substantially higher value
in Sonora than in California. That is to say, one hectare in Sonora reached
revenues of 17.4 thousand dollars versus 6.1 thousand dollars in California. The
